We’re your friendly, all-purpose public library serving southern Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
We offer books for all ages, Large Print books, magazines, DVDs, e-books, audiobooks, STEM learning kits and educational toys, Wi-Fi, public computers, photocopy and fax service, educational programming, and local history and genealogy resources.

Friends of the Meyersdale Public Library will host their annual Death by Chocolate contest and auction, with judging starting at at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, February 13 at the Amity United Church of Christ Fellowship Hall, 315 Center Street, Meyersdale. There will also be a bake sale at the library on Friday, and on Saturday until items are sold out.
Saturday, February 7 is Take Your Child to the Library Day. Come, discover all that the library has to offer. Recieve book and STEM kit giveaways! Enjoy stories, crafts, a "get to know the library" tour and a scavenger hunt.
